We match up companies willing to experiment with talented students from Hamburg universities and let them develop testable prototypes within just one semester. Keeping pace with the times, the teams in the lab work on technological challenges while receiving support from renowned industry experts.

The Prototyping Lab gets started:
At the kick-pff bar camp, students meet their contact persons from the companies, discuss initial project ideas, and form project teams.
How do new technologies change access to content? What new formats can emerge and how can one monetize them? The answers to these questions will be pursued by the project teams starting in April and ending in July 2021.

After forming teams at the kick-off bar camp and developing initial ideas, the next step is to develop prototypes. We can’t wait tosee first results and will keep you posted.

In July 2021, the teams at the wrap-up will showcase what they’ve been worked on during the three month prototyping lab.
