Melde dich jetzt an!

Unsere Dirigent*innen:

Dominik Schönleben
Global Community Manager bei Niantic

Eva Schulze-Gabrechten
Autorin und Reporterin für NDR Info, Strg_F, extra3

Nadine Müller

Community manager – the conductors of the social networks

Fans, followers, members – thanks to digital channels and social networks, direct contact with the target group has never been easier. But who keeps track of it all?

That’s the job of community managers. They not only build bridges between companies and their communities, but are also proactively involved in their development. Whether it’s social media postings or maintaining contact with content creators – they set the pace and always try to find the right tone when dealing with users.

In the fourth issue of nextMedia.Starter, three community managers from the fields of games, video and marketing talked about how to build a good community and what content you absolutely have to consume to be well versed in the field.

You missed an issue of nextMedia.Starter? No problem! You can look up all the episodes here. All episodes were held in german.
